About the business
My passion is to help people heal, de-stress and feel good about life. I teach yoga, meditation and Qigong at Assisted Living Facilities, Privately and at several Community Colleges. I especially enjoy working with the elderly and their caregivers providing services such as Private Exercise Plans and a Prepare for Surgery Heal Faster Program. I am also a Reiki Master and Sound Therapist, and am trained to work with those who have experienced trauma and health conditions such as cancer, heart disease and diabetes with Yoga Therapy.
