About
I started Lanai Court Montessori in 2017 March as a small home based Montessori daycare. This year I am expanding it to12 kids as a large Montessori preschool. I provide care for Infant/toddlers and preschoolers (06 months to 5 year-olds). I was a preschool teacher prior to moving to Sacramento. I have more than 10 years as a lead teacher at Santa Cruz Montessori schools as well as Bright Horizon school in Los Gatos. My purpose of opening the home based Montessori daycare is to give children a home away from home and ability for them to be independent and learn in a fun environment that encourages child to be free to observe, think, create and draw their own conclusions. They will learn from hands on experiences and emphasize practical life skills while allowing them to use their senses to learn and explore. Please feel free to set up a tour if you are interested.
