My name is Katie and I am the owner and operator of Ladybug's and Monkey's, a small in home daycare in Kenwood/Indian Hill Ohio. I have been babysitting/nannying since I was 11. I have had 2 full time summer jobs as a nanny and almost 6 years experience with my own 2 girls (6 and 3.5) I try to keep a steady enrollment of 1-2 more children during the day. I like to keep enrollment sizes small so that focus can remain on the kids at all times without anyone getting lost in the shuffle. I have just recently relocated to Cincinnati from Louisville and I am opening up Ladybug's and Monkey's here starting in June 2013. I home schooled my 6 year old for 2 years of preschool and will be starting this summer and fall with my 3.5 year old. This year we will be using the Letter of the Week and curriculum and Kumon workbooks for ages 3-5. For the more advanced 5 year old and all ages beyond beyond we will be using Easy Peasy all in one curriculum and the Summer Bridge Workbook. I like table time and worksheets a lot for learning but really feel that young kids learn best through play and exploration. I am open from 7am-6pm Monday-Friday.
