There is a reason they want Cash up front. Extremely choppy cut with chunks out, not an even cut anywhere, No sani-cut, and epic tail fail. They rush dogs through. If you search the net for photos you can see the quality work. One of the worst grooming I have seen in over 20 years of owning Samoyeds and Pyrs. The groomer is incompetent and the owner is unwilling to accept the hard truth. She may have quite a bit of experience but it is apparently bad. No refund, just repeated they will fix it. A.) As bad a job as they did why would I trust them? More likely make a bad job worse. B.) To even the cut you would have to trim into the undercoat (not an option). First thing the groomer said was "You want her shaved?".....Of course not....then she tried to faux competence telling me that my dog who had the same groomer monthly until my move was shaved. I think I would notice if my white fluffball was shaved. Stay away from this place, according to previous regulars it used to be great but has signifigantly slipped. That is putting it lightly.
