Hi, I've been in business since 2009. I bring my own supplies and everything that is needed. I have a steam cleaning vacuum that only uses water, no chemicals. I also provide tile bleaching for the bathroom. If your furniture is also movable, I will move it to remove dust or debris on floor and borders. She is a scammer she had me work 3 days to pay me 130 after i cleaned 7 houses with her kept the rest then text me Listen I for now I need to put everything on hold . thank you for coming in last week . ill keep you in mind in case of future use of working with the company. thank you for your time nice to have meet you.she full of bs to hire someone else then do the same to them she should be a shame of themself

Great cleaning, lovely person! I can trust her to clean my home while I'm at work. She also works around my children if I am home. Brings all of her own supplies and does a great job! I would definitely recommend Leonora to anyone and have to most of my friends and family!

id rate this zero stars if i could the owner is very rude and nasty she never cleaned my bathrooms and actually made a mess in there herself.i would never tell people about this company they really suck.

Brutal. Showed up an hour late for our first appointment, made excuses, never apologized. She texted 5 minutes after she was supposed to arrive, asking for the address she already had. Told me she'd be 10-15 min late. Lied. Totally messed up the schedule for my wife and out 2 week old son (she was aware we had a newborn). Her employees smelled like cigarettes. Horrible attitude. Knocked over pictures and didn't replace them. Left a step stool out so I had to take it back upstairs. Didn't clean one of the toilets! They did a great job with the floors. Her employees were nice. Not nearly enough to make up for the lack of professionalism, and frankly, high price point.

After construction in my home it was a disaster I couldn't clean anything with the men going in and out all day for the past 2 weeks. So happy I had this service. They did a spectacular job considering the circumstances. Will definitely use them again. Also a plus with a dog and cat.

I tried Lady & a Bucket cleaning service because of 2 reasons. First, I really liked the name. It made me feel as if I were getting someone who would come in and clean the old fashioned way, with elbow grease and sweat. I was not disappointed. She came in and did an extremely THOROUGH job. Her prices are excellent, and I can not believe the amount of work I got for the money. The second reason I decided to go with her services was while there were not many reviews, all of them were a glowing testament to her quality of work. All in all I am very satisfied, and even had her go to my sister's house after she did mine. I am sure my sister will probably leave a glowing review as well, as she thanked me immensely and reiterated her surprise as to the amount of work she did for the money. My sister couldn't have been happier.

Leonora was my house cleaner for 3 years (before i moved to another borough), and she is wonderful. Always smiling, follows instructions well, and does a very thorough job with her cleaning! I lived in a 3 story house with 7 people, and leonora always did a great job, and offered steaming/repainting/bleaching when she saw the need. Awesome and affordable services!

Leonora has worked for me for about three years now and she is very thorough and efficient. She does a great job. She is willing to do any type of cleaning that you need i.e windows, ovens etc. which makes my life easier. I would recommend hiring her.
