On this web page it stated 10 minute for a replay. It took them 2 days. Than after an email it took another 2 days for a replay. After a week of trying to get a response, this company made an appointment but never showed up. Needless to say we told them we will not be using them. Lack of communication, unreliable, not even a response to a phone call that was made between emails asking for a reply.
