L&M AFH is the perfect alternative home to the typically larger, less personal adult assistant living or nursing home facility. We have a more personalized nurturing environment staffed by employees trained to care and provide services for adults of all ages that are classified with one or more of the following needs:

Socialization and relationship building, transportation, Leisure choice and participation in regular community activities; and attendance at medical appointments.
