About the business
We provide services to families who are in need of help for their loved ones. We provide 24 hour care, 7 days a week. Someone from L&D is always on call. We provide sitters, CNA's or LPN's depending on the need of the patient. Our field workers are oriented on each case, trained annually, we do a criminal back ground check on each field employee and a we do an annual driving record, national sex offender search as well as the Federal database for any individual who may be excluded from providing services in a home environment. You choose the days and the hours, we set up interviews and set up a "meet and greet" so the patient/family member can meet workers before deciding. L&D has 3 locations: Lafayette, Lake Charles and Marksville, all in Louisiana.
