After we dropped off our dog, another dog stole our dogs blanket from under the cage. An employee put his bed in another dogs cage, no way the dog could of fit the bed under the cage with out it tearing. The woman did not offer to replace the blanket that was torn and did not offer to replace the bed that smelled of urine. She did not take any responsibility for the dogs she was "taking care of" but if that was the case the missing blanket and bed would of been noticed. She also allows her sons to "watch" the kennel who are not certified.
