I hired them for the first time and the manager on phone said that she will send two maids. Only one showed up!
The maid couldn't finish the assigned task and promised to return the next day.
Her manager called and falsely blamed me of not allowing her maid to use her phone and assigning extra work.
I was supposed to give the maid $65 but because she didn't finish the task, I gave her $40.
Now the manager, Prashant called and told me that I owe her $100 for the work.
I would not suggest this service and I feel the manager is a liar and probably a criminal minded person.
Now I feel unsafe because I gave my address to her.

On June 28, 2017, Kristal Klear Cleaning services came to clean my home. I had not used them before so I didn't know what to expect only that I saw great ratings on the internet. Needless to say, the ratings were correct! Catalina and the team that came with her did a fantastic job cleaning my home for a party! I'll definitely call them for regular cleanings going forward.

Catalina and her team always do an excellent job. They are efficient and thorough. I have been a bi-monthly client for one and a half years.
