In home Preschool. Small group. One on one learning.

I am offering in home preschool/care for children ages 3-5. I provide a curriculum based on weekly themes and lesson plans, incorporating art, science, phonics, site words, reading and beginning math. I prefer a smaller group for one on one benefits to the child, and to prepare them for Kindergarten.

Healthy lunches and snacks will be provided (or bring your own). I do not have a pool, but will have water activities. I also have a large fenced/walled in yard to play in, and a covered patio for hot days. I do have pets (cats,tortoise) but they are in a separate area. I have designated a bedroom as a "classroom" with various learning activities. I also include small field trips to the library, park, and other interesting places nearby.

I have many years experience working with children in day cares, elementary classrooms, as a special needs nanny/nurse, a zoo decent, and as a mother of 12 and 18 year old girls who home school.

I relocated to this area recently, and while working for a local daycare decided I wanted to work from home and have a smaller "class" to ensure a beneficial learning environment. I am just getting started, but I have several references from former parents available.

I am current in CPR/First Aid, do not smoke/drink.

Hours available 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. $100 a week/$20 per day per child.
