KKD teachers put the overall well being of each and every child above all else. We train and work towards providing the best environment that promotes learning in all developmental areas including cognitive, physical, social and emotional. We are a family of workers who have been committed to child care for many years. The turnover rate at our facility has been at an all time low the past five years ensuring that your child will be able to form a secure bond with their teachers.

The director of the facility has received two Child and Family Development certificates from Angelina College and a nationally recognized CDA credential.

All staff members are trained in Pediatric First Aid/CPR, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), shaken baby syndrome as well as many other topics to ensure the safety of each child.

CCS government assistance is accepted at this facility and we work together with the parents and community in order to keep the child care costs low.

All meals and snacks served in the daycare to the children are CACFP approved and monitored to be sure that each item the children eat helps to add to their nutritional needs for the day.

Flexible schedules are posted for each age group that includes individual and group play, outdoor and indoor activities, quiet and loud activities as well as plenty of literacy and reading opportunities.
