About
Koru Kids Preschool is a state recorded nature and play-based program inspired by the Waldorf, Montessori, and Reggio teaching philosophies. The program is for fully potty trained 3-5 year olds and will focus on learning through our surroundings with gentle teacher guidance. We will be outside for part of our day rain or shine and will be prepared with our rain boots and rain jackets when needed. We will get messy, have fun, and learn skill sets that will help us to become life-long learners and explorers!
The teacher has over 15 years of experience in education. With a Master's Degree in Education, an OR state teaching license, current CPR/First-Aid, and years of experience teaching preschool-aged children, Ms. Jessica is highly qualified and excited to lead the program at Koru Kids Preschool!
The program runs from September to June and generally follows the Beaverton School District academic calendar.
