OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
Kindness Always Matters Home Care LLC is a private pay, non-medical home care agency that provides care and companionship to the elderly and disabled. Our focus is on skills, but our hearts remain dedicated to kindness. We feel this is what sets us apart from our competitors and you will see and feel the difference with our company if you become part of our family.
EMPLOYEE STANDARDS
All employees are trained and oriented by a nurse.
All employees are fully background checked and drug tested.
We hold our employees to a very high standard, that we would expect care for our own family, we provide this to your family.

OBJECTIVES
Monthly surveys to ensure you are satisfied with your service.
Monthly reviews of the care plan to make sure we are still on track for the goal of care.

WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?
Depending on the plan you choose, we can provide transportation for doctor appointments, or just fun outings to get your loved one some time out of the house.
Home cooked meals. You provide the food, we will whip up yummy food that they like, when you sign on with us we will go over menus and meals that your loved one enjoys to ensure we are cooking things they will love.
Light house work, washing all those dishes, vacuum, dust, clean the bathrooms, most anything for day to day cleaning, including laundry.
We can run errands, this is an option if your loved one is safe to be alone but has a to do list to accomplish.
We do all this and more, we go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is safe, happy and healthy, and everyone in the family is satisfied.
