Kind Hearted Care is an in-home care company catering to Delaware County and surrounding areas. We cater chiefly to seniors requiring non-medical home care who face a variety of age-related health challenges. Whether you need us for a few hours for errands or help around your home, for respite care, or for 24 hour assistance, you can depend on our trustworthy caregivers for compassionate and professional daily living support for you or your loved ones.

Experience counts. Kind Hearted Care was developed by JoAnn Pola, a registered nurse and Delaware County resident for over 30 years. The values and strengths of the team stem from JoAnn's professional experience across the health care field, with a strong background in geriatric care, emergency care, and case management. Each of our client care advocates are given a thorough background and reference check to ensure the safety of our clients. Our company's strengths in the personal care industry are based on the experience, knowledge, and compassion of JoAnn and her team.

Kind Hearted Care's CEO, JoAnn Pola, RN personally meets with each client and their families to develop customized care plan that is tailored to our clients individual needs. Our experienced caregivers are available hourly, overnight, on weekends and holidays, as well as 24 hour care and short term respite care. Our caregivers are trained and experienced in caring for clients with medical diagnosis including but not limited to: ALS, Alzheimer's, dementia, multiple sclerosis, cancer, arthritis, diabetes, vision and heart issues, strokes, and any other medical issue the client may have. We understand how important it is to our clients to remain independent in their homes. We help them achieve this goal by providing a variety of non-medical home services such as light housekeeping, cooking, pet care, transportation and ambulatory assistance.
