Kimberly Sorensen Daycare

Hello! My name is Kim and I have been a licensed daycare provider in my home for the past 20 years. At this time I have one opening for a child who is 2 yrs old or older to complete our group. I am conveniently located near Highways 36, 61, 694 and 35e. My hours of business are 6:30am to 5:00pm Mondays thru Fridays. I am also available to babysit on weekends and the rates are hourly. Weekly daycare is at a fixed rate.

I am a nonsmoker and have no pets. I am also CPR certified and keep up with all the licensing requirements.

We are a small group, and we have lots of fun! Most families are with us for years, and many friendships are made. There are no video games or tv offered, however, the children play together and use their imaginations! They learn their ABC's, numbers, shapes, sizes, colors, etc. They learn how to share, socialize and build friendships. Very important for the transition to kindergarten! I provide 3 nutritious meals a day, and am on the Food Program. Scheduled naps are offered, and music is played throughout the day, even during nap time. The children are read to every day before their naps. Outside we have a large fenced in yard complete with slides, tire swing, and a huge sandbox that overlooks Gervais Lake. It's really beautiful and breezy out there!
