My name is Kim. I run a Christian-based daycare for infants, ages 0-18 months, in my home in Little Elm, TX. I ran my licensed daycare in Fort Worth for a year & a half. In August 2012 I closed the daycare, as my husband and I had our first baby and we were working on relocating to Little Elm. I am now re-opening my daycare and will be caring for my baby along with 3 others.
My past experience with children has been:
*Babysitting for 19 years.
*Volunteered at a child care center at the age of 15. Was hired by them when I turned 18 and was the Lead Teacher of the toddler class for 3 years.
*Assisted an in-home daycare for 1 summer.
*Was a nanny for 2 little girls for 2 years (ages 0-3 yrs.).
*Worked for another child care center for 3 years. Worked with 3-year-olds for about 6 months, 2-year-olds for a year, and Lead Teacher of the infants' room for 1-1/2 yrs.
*Ran my Licensed home daycare in Fort Worth for 1-1/2 yrs., caring for ages 0-3 yrs.
