Kim's Play & Learn Academy

Greetings!!

My name is Ms. Kim, I am the founder and thought-provoking teacher behind Kim's Play and Learn Academy. I am a mother of three and a glam mom.

I have been in childcare careers for 19+ years with many of the years being a licensed home child care provider through the military. As a former military license Family Child Care home provider and current educator I provide professional care in all areas.

When I founded Kim's playing and learn academy in 2004 I was a young mother with a dream that stemmed from my background in education and childcare.. My dream evolved to focus on goals to support busy families, and offer educationally sound program that is fun for children to learn through play and engage parent involvement.

As a well-rounded educator I have the opportunity to teach a diverse group of students including those with learning and/or speech disabilities, non-compliant behavior as well as children who function on below and above grade level.

Consequently, I have gained and in-depth knowledge of accommodating different styles of learner and ways to differentiate effective methods to meet students unique needs. I love early childhood and hands on learning, along with the engaging fun and developmental experience that your child and I will share together.
