I am a stay at home mother of a 1.5 year old daughter and expecting another one in a couple months! I am looking for 3 full time children to care for. I focus on giving the love and attention of an in-home daycare provider by providing a healthy environment for growth and learning. I understand that the parents are in need of a reliable, consistent daycare provider and that is why my philosophy is to provide a loving, caring, personal environment of in-home daycare but function as a daycare facility. I have daily logs of what happens on a daily basis and have a great track record of only needing 4-5 days off of work in the last 5 years (not including maternity leave).
