About
Kiger Teaching Farm is a 10-acre outdoor-based preschool featuring a menagerie of adorable animals, an introduction to Spanish, and Waldorf and Montessori inspired activities! We help children learn self-regulation and emotional intelligence through interaction with the animals. Active-play and care of the animals help students develop a growth mindset that will help them throughout life. Early literacy and math skills are explored through arts and crafts projects, cooking, and theater. A love of science, history, and geography is stewarded through the spirit of adventure. We encourage children to embrace the pioneering spirit and the love of nature that makes the West so special.
