Kidz Academy

As a preschool, Kidz Academy has a predictable schedule each day and will have specific units of study each week. The curriculum is based on the traditional materials and added learning experiences that follow concrete philosophies. During the day, the children will help serve meals, work independently, work and receive lessons that are purposefully selected to meet the child's needs. They will also actively play both inside and outside and participate in a theme-based group projects. Kidz Academy follows all state guidelines and, therefore, has up to a 1 to 10 child/teacher ratio for the preschool classroom and a 1 to 8 child/teacher ratio for the 2 year old classroom. And an infant room that is 1 to 4 child/teacher ratio.

Your child will have learning experiences that include: Letters, Numbers, Spanish, Sign Language, Shapes, Colors, Sensory play, Arts and Crafts, Music and Movement, Outside Play, Cooking Activities.

The care of your child is the top priority. All children will be provided a safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate experience. Children will be given the most excellent care physically, emotionally, and academically. All children are given a great deal of individualized attention and will be respected and loved for their uniqueness.

At Kidz Academy, children are given the opportunity to grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, physically, and creatively through stimulating Center based curriculum. Center Based Curriculum is the philosophy of allowing the children to be independent learners who are guided by the teacher to learn concentration, coordination, and confidence to allow them to begin their academic journey.
