Kids Kingdom/Music Children Play is an expansion of a special needs respite care program started in 1998 by then 15 yr old founder Misty Penigar. We started in parent's homes caring for children with special needs, we are no longer offering respite care. Instead we offer a wide range of educational opportunities for children from ages 6 weeks to 6 yrs. We embrace cultural diversity and hope to be a center full of children of all backgrounds including those with special needs.
