Hello, my name is Zahida but you can call me Mrs. Zee!
I am a mother to 4 wonderful children, who are now all adults and away at college. I have been Virginia State Licensed for 10 years and prior to moving to Woodbridge, I was a Fairfax County Licensed child care provider for 18 years! I have also enjoyed working as an Assistant Teacher with the Head Start Program with Fairfax County Public Schools. While at Head Start, I applied my passion for working in early childhood development in the classroom, learning innovative techniques to enhance and encourage positive development, social interaction and communication skills.
I am up-to-date on all of my required training credits and take continuing education very seriously. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am also enrolled in the USDA Food Program whereby I provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.
Currently, I reside in Prince William county where I have a clean (Pet-Free/Non-Smoking), friendly, and loving environment for children. I am conveniently located near Rosa Parks, King, and Penn Elementary Schools. I enroll children from newborns to 10 -years- old. I provide a fun and nurturing environment with plenty of activities, such as arts and crafts, pre-reading skills, as well as music and dancing to name a few.
I am open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm. I am flexible and willing to work with parents on timings and pricing/fees depending on your needs.
**Competitive rates, based on age and total number of hours. Before/After School care rates vary and are very reasonable.**
