Kid Works Children’s Center is a play-based and developmental preschool serving children who are 3 - 5 years old and who are potty trained.

We have 2 programs: Full-Day and Half-Day

Full-Day Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
8 AM - 12:30 PM, Last Friday of the month

Half-Day Hours: 8 AM - 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Weekly yoga & mindfulness enrichment is included in the monthly tuition. For an additional fee, we also offer an afternoon Spanish Immersion enrichment for children who are 4 - 6 years old.

Early childhood is such a brief time in one’s life, and research and experience tell us that young children learn best through exploratory hands-on experiences, rather than through worksheets and the rote memorization of facts. Our teaching practices support the needs of Generation Alpha children and the fast changing and unpredictable world that they are growing up in.

We follow tenets of different pedagogies to create our own brand of child-centered care and education. We value community-based and constructivist pedagogies that nurture the whole child (Reggio, Montessori, Waldorf) and we also have an amazing outdoor classroom and take full advantage of being outdoors to play and connect with nature (nature-based education).
