Fishers first wellness and physical development center exclusively for children.
Kid Fit introduces a program to help children twelve and under develop physically and emotionally, while having fun in a variety of fitness programs.
Our proprietary curriculum was created by early childhood development experts to help develop the cognitive, physical and social skills of children. We offer over 20 programs that incorporate sports, strength exercises, music, dance and more. Each class is structured to create opportunities for children to try new sports in a non-competitive, friendly environment. Kids have fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, and agility while developing self-esteem and confidence. Our brand new facility is designed to allow plenty of room for children to run and exercise in a child-friendly environment.
While our programs and environment are fun, our purpose is serious. Kid Fit is determined to help reduce the dangerous trend of childhood obesity. We are committed to nurturing children through positive reinforcement in a non-competitive atmosphere where we make fitness fun.
