Unfortunately, Dr. Crispin has ruined the rating for this one. I give Dr. Bohn and Dr. Knuth 5 stars for sure. Dr. Crispin looked me in the eye and told me my dog "is an absolute JERK", proceeded to take a bandaid off her arm and show me the 1-1.5 inch scratch on her arm and said "this is what he did to me"(very sarcastically), then stated "the staff here and myself do not deserve to be subjected to this". Granted, my dog has HIGH ANXIETY at the vet and does act like a jerk, but he was SICK for one and vomiting so could not keep the pre medication down. They also told me they would sedate him at the clinic. I FELT LIKE I FOLLOWED THEIR DIRECTIONS, but she did NOT hesitate to tell me how inadequate I was. To I say I was appalled, degraded, and belittled is an absolute UNDERSTATEMENT. I will go to Grafton before I see Dr. Crispin EVER AGAIN! I LOVE DR. BOHN AND DR. KNUTH. Unfortunately it's Dr. CRISPIN ruined this review. I dont want to ruin it for the whole clinic. The office staff is also amazing! 5 stars for them as well!!!

Dr Crispin is very unprofessional and arrogant. After a second opinion from another vet for the treatment of our dog for heartworms we found out we had options. Dr Crispin gave us one, and of course it was the most expensive. She didn't advise us in financial support and actually spoke against us when looking for treatment help from other resources. She does not care about you or your pet. Only your pocketbook. Run!!
