Hello! I am the founder and owner of Kelly's K-9 Kare LLC (hence the name). I graduated from the University of Cincinnati's College of Business in 2012 with my Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. I have been a pet lover, owner and caregiver my entire life, 22 years. However, I have been caring for other's pets for 10 years and have been in the pet industry for 8 years.

Personally I have been the proud guardian of everything from dogs and cats to lizards, fish and the occasional rodent. I have also had the chance to rehabilitate and release 2 squirrels and a litter of opossums.

Currently, my fiance and I have one dog - a highly intelligent and food motivated 8 year old Staffordshire Terrier mix, named Redford, from Save The Animals Foundation (STAF). We also have two cats, both strays, Loki is four years old and Thor, the baby, is one years old. Finally, we have two Leopard Geckos, Sam, 12 years old, and Sophie, six years old. They share a spacious and interactive terrarium.

My experience includes everything from an old laid back dog with a special medical history, to a perfectly healthy, happy and growing puppy. I have worked with shelters, in boarding/training/grooming facilities and for a short time I worked with a vet's office. I have a well-rounded background and with that have developed an extensive network of "pet experts" that are able to help me with any questions or concerns. So, chances are, if you have a question, and I don't have an answer, I know someone that does.
