I would suggest to NOT take your dog to this groomer. I took both of my dogs and she didn't clip the nails, my larger dogs wasn't hardly brushed out. She had clumps of hair coming out when I picked her up. She cut the tail and ears on my other dog really short. She didn't trim the inside of my smaller dog. Both of my dogs were shaking when I picked them up!! I made an appointment for the next time to give her a second chance after we talked about the issues and she didn't even show up!! She never called me back after I left her a VM. She said she cares about the animals, but after this visit, I wouldn't give her name to my worst enemy. Awful customer service. This is not how you run a business.
