This cleaning service is a SCAM. I contracted Kris (the Owner) and her team to conduct a deep clean of my 4BR, 3.5 BA in which she appeared confident and capable of doing. While her reviews on HomeAdvisor spoke volumes of her expertise, the services rendered to my home were less than acceptable and highly disappointing.

I conducted a walk-through with Kris and discussed that I needed a deep cleaning to my kitchen floor, throughout the entire home, windows/blinds cleaned and dusted, curtains taken down, washed/dry and re-hung, cabinets cleaned out, stove and countertops, doors cleaned, vacuum carpet down to basement, bathrooms cleaned and MBR shower cleaned - IOW, clean the entire home. I would provide the laundry detergent for the curtains and she would provide the cleaning supplies and equipment to clean our home. She agreed and even suggested to me that she would ensure to also "scrub the doors where dust collects in the grooves where people don't pay attention to". I was ecstatic that she noticed things to further address that I didn't even consider. She asked if there were any cleaning products that I preferred or disliked and I informed her that I did not like Comet because it leaves a powdery residue behind. This was one of the products that she prefers to use and she convinced me that she would ensure my home would be explicitly cleaned without the residue, so I agreed to her using it for the services.

She quoted the price of $520/$260 deposit upfront and the remainder after our walk-through post-clean inspection. I thought this was somewhat pricey but for the size of our home and due to us moving out, I was willing to pay her price, and proceeded to contract her services for 0900, the morning of 24Jun22.

The evening prior to service date, Kris texted me to confirm the appointment for 0900 on the 24th of June and I acknowledged that my husband would be there to let her and her team inside the home. That morning, my husband texted me at 0859 to inquire as to the time of the appointment. They finally arrived at 0915 and my husband escorted them into the home. At 1:51pm, Kris texted me to let me know they were finishing up with the cleaning and for me to come and conduct the post clean walk-through and I informed her I would be there in 40 minutes. On arrival, I met Kris assisting with the clean up and she asked me to walk through to see if I was pleased with their services.

I proceeded to the master bedroom and noted that the floorboards had not been cleaned, there was comet residue stains all over the tile in the shower, the door had not been mopped, the doors had not been dusted, nor the shower floor cleaned. Furthermore, they had just placed the curtains from the living room in the washing machine prior to my arrival. None of the other curtains were cleaned, nor the carpets throughout the home vacuumed.

I pointed out these deficiencies to Kris and she sent her son to re-clean those areas and she said "It's not going to be perfect". I took her to the side and told her I did not hire her for perfection, I contracted her services to clean my home. At that point, I asked her and her team to leave as I was not about to waste more time and money for services that should have been rendered during the 5 hours they were in my home.

Consumers, please be advised that Keen Queen Clean LLC is a SCAM. How she is being endorsed by Angi's list and HomeAdvisor is incredibly disheartening as these are reputable resources that promote QUALITY CLEANING SERVICES; however, KEEN QUEEN CLEAN LLC does NOT even measure to the BASIC standards of CLEANLINESS. I would NOT recommend their services to anyone!
