If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only is Katrina unprofessional, she uses abusive language, she habitually lied when I called her out on it, even with witnesses present. She had stated to multiple people that she had been by my house, every 2 weeks, to set up meds, and I had never met this woman . My daughter was getting her own apartment, and Katrina tried her best to make sure that it didn't happen, and tried to tell us how illegal things were. Because she would be losing business. News flash: nothing we were doing was illegal, and she was just trying to make money. Her employee, Taya, was awesome and we absolutely loved her .

The nursing staff is amazing!!!

The owner Katrina has a complete lack of professionalism. Including a blatant refusal to SPEAK to the patient when she comes to HIS house. She reprimands family members when they call her after hours because it is her "time off" even if the phone calls are regarding caregivers who have not shown up for their shift. Katrina has also asked her employees to go online and give KCare a 5 star review. You should be careful with this company as they are relying on deceit to get your business. She is a disgrace to the nursing profession and is a terrible representation of a home health agency.

She cannot be counted on to deliver on her commitments.
She denies responsibility for her work.
She is unreliable and undependable in the performance of her duties.
She fails to convey a positive image of her company.
She fails to adequately document important communication
She does not have an understanding of basic management principles.
She is not approachable for suggestions or concerns to be addressed.
She demonstrates failure to handle duties defined by her job with regards to the safe handling of medications.
She demonstrates a lack of honesty and integrity which is especially dangerous considering the vulnerable population she serves.

That's correct, one (it would be zero stars if this posting would let me) for this self proclaimed company LLC. Please don't waste your time and find out on your own. Find a different company. This one has zero support, the outside of the picture of a brick wall is exactly what this ownership has in mind for the clients. Any worker they say they have for you will not show up and they are only after your hard earned $$$ {dollars}
terrible terrible terrible

This company has been very good to me. She has also gone above and beyond for my client. As for having skilled caregivers, she does have some very skilled caregivers as I am one of them.

Katrina is very flexible with scheduling. I got in a car wreck and she already had my shift covered as well as my shift for a few days after. She also provided me transportation when I didn't have a car. She's always available when you need assistance no matter the time, she is also very flexible when you have events you would like to attend. By far the best job I've ever had!!

Don't ever work for this woman she only cares about the money and if you call in because of weather or whatever she still expects you to go to work and risk your life. If you go to doctor and have a doctor's note excusing you then she takes you off schedule and blames that the clients have complained about you.

Please whatever you do, Think very carefully before entrusting KCare, LLC with the CARE of your loved one. The owner Katrina cares only about numbers And MONEY. This Company is not equipped with suitable staffing nor do they require the training necessary to keep your loved ones SAFE. Katrina didn't even have nor did she own a gate belt when she let me fail. Katrina has no Transfer equipment at her disposal to properly address the care and needs of your loved ones. Katrina is only trying to make a fast book without the proper Training To Care for Geriatrics Patients.
