Katie's Care

Hi! My name is Katie Smith, I'm a local college student, and working with kids has been my primary job since I was thirteen. I'm passionate about helping others and I'm committed to being a person children can trust and feel comfortable learning with. I provide well-rounded, interactive, safe, fun time for kids and I genuinely care about each and every family I've worked with. I'm a good mediator and problem solver but I like to enjoy the journey as well as the destination, something I think children this day and age really benefit from. On a personal note, I'm an artist, musician, avid reader and writer, actor, dancer, and I love to hike and be outdoors. My wish is to be able to give you and your family the help you need in the most harmonious and happy way possible. Caring for kids is a part of what makes me who I am and I am so thankful for the ways I have grown while working in the childcare business. They are what make this job so, so special and exciting everyday. Thank you!
