Kathie was so thorough and yet I felt she managed time so well. I have had some cleaners who after I thought.... If I had the same amount of time, I could do a better job. Kathie wowed me and left me excited to call her back again, which I did! Great lady, does her best every time and it shows!

She used a cleaner that says on the bottle not to use on natural granite or stone. I am just finishing up a remodel on my bathroom and before it's done my counter top has been damaged. It has white bleach looking marks all over it. When I told her I was upset she grab my check and ran out of the house. Didn't try to talk about it or even say sorry for what she did.
She only cleaned my house 2 times. Missed our appointment time by more than 30 mins each time. One she showed up with her child and didn't even check with me to see if it was okay first. She was hanging on my ceiling fan trying to dust it and when I gave her a ceiling fan duster she didn't even know how to use it. My kitchen counter still has breakfast spills on it.
