About
Hi, My name is Kate and I have been in childcare for over 15 years and for the last 5 years I have been an elementary school teacher. I have now started my own home daycare so I can be at home with my daughter while helping out other families!
Kate's Learn N' Play is a caring, loving, and nurturing environment that encourages learning through play. During your child's time here, they will have access to many fun toys and games, learning how to parallel play and use their imagination. Not only do I work on social skills throughout the day that includes seeing, thinking and doing, I also create age appropriate daily curriculum. During our learning time we work on the following (but not limited to): calendar, letters, numbers, colors, and shapes. We also have a variety of sensory and art activities. I also take the kids on outings (park, library, museum) a few times a week for enrichment.
I am looking for part-time or full-time families (infant-5 years old) and my price includes meals.
