Kari Cares For Kids

The mission of Kari Cares for Kids is to provide a quality, home-based childcare & learning environment for children ages 2 months to 13 years. Children involved in my programming, as well as their families are treated with the utmost respect, thoughtfulness & dignity at all times. My goal as a provider for your child is to provide the best possible care I can to give your child a loving, nurturing, educational, and safe environment while you are away. I am devoted to promoting the development of each child's social, physical, emotional, and cognitive learning. I believe that this is best accomplished by the parents, children, and provider working as a team to develop the best possible environment for your child to develop in each of these categories and become a happy, well-adjusted, and confident individual. I hope to provide your child a home away from home so both you and your child, know he/she is safe, well cared for, and happy while in my care.

I am open Monday through Friday from 6am-6pm. I allow 5 "free" sick/vacation days for which no fees are required. We observe all major holidays for which the center is closed. I remain open during inclement weather even when schools are typically closed.

My profile will indicate that I have only a year of professional child care experience, however, I do have two children of my own (ages 2 and 8 months) and have a lot of experience in babysitting other children as well. I am confident in my childcare abilities and have no doubt that I could care for your child and provide them the best possible environment to learn and grow in when you cannot be there.
