Do NOT recommend using. I used Karen's Green Maids for over a year as a biweekly service and finally had to pull the plug. Several times they were 30-60 minutes late and haven't been providing the best cleaning. Despite this, during the first 3 months of the pandemic,
I wasn't having anyone in my house due to being pregnant. I still paid every other time half the cost of cleaning to be used as a tip for the cleaners because I felt so badly that they were missing out on work. The last straw was the final cleaning. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and she was here for 59 minutes. Didn't vacuum even though I provide a vacuum, didn't clean the bathrooms thoroughly at all and there was debris everywhere on the hardwood leading me to believe she didn't even sweep. I contacted their account manager to cancel my service and ask for a partial refund as I had to clean my bathrooms and vacuum myself right after, they said they would be happy to help and to provide pictures. It has been 3 weeks of me following up despite their assurances that they are on it and will follow up with me. My belief is they are hoping I will drop it if enough time goes by
