Hi! My name is Karen. I am currently looking for new cleaning and property management jobs. I currently work anywhere from St. Lucie county south to West Palm Beach. If you or anyone you may know is in need of my services, please contact me anytime using the contact information provided. The best way to reach me is on my cell. I am licensed and insured. I am also able to provide references to anyone who needs them. I have been cleaning for many years that my services are not limited to just cleaning. I also provide help with many other needs that you and your family may have. Just let me know what you need and we can work something out. I am the mother of 3 wonderful children. I also have 2 wonderful step children and an amazing husband. I believe that taking care of your home should be done just as if it was my own. I put 100% in everything I do. I am great with kids and am CPR/First Aid certified. I have been for years prior to cleaning I worked for Apple Tree Academy and it was a requirement for the school. However, since I left them, I have continued to keep my certification up to date. I am also very pet friendly. I have a cat and 2 exotic frogs from the rain forest so whether you have domestic animals or exotic, I can handle both. I'm not afraid of hard work. I actually enjoy it. I do have an OCD problem which my kids seem to have a serious problem with. I just like to know were to find something when needed and being organized makes everyday life easier. They will thank me one day, I'm sure. I love to be outdoors and being involved in my community. I do a lot of volunteer work mostly on the water ways. I am a very reliable and friendly person. I work well with others so if you have more than one helper in your home, there are no worries. I'm good with elderly relatives and I love to help people in general.
