Kappauff's Kiddos!

I graduated the valedictorian of my high school in 2003 then went to UGA and graduated with a 4.0 in Dec 2004 with a bachelors degree in Sociology and Psychology. I then got my masters from GSCU a year later in Teaching Mathematics. School was my thing. I took a lot of hours at once and earned degrees quickly because I was eager to get started in my career. I taught school for 7 years and loved that, but once we had children, my heart was forever changed. I still love teaching, but I like working with little children and giving them the best start possible before they even go to school. I am excited to start watching kiddos in my home and share that with more families! I have two small kiddos of my own, one girl, one boy; one picky, one easygoing; one calm, one spirited; one easy, one challenging; BOTH perfect :D I LOVE being home with my kiddos and sharing in rich, educational, interactive activities with them. We read, and read, and read. We do crafts (color, build, paint, play with playdough, etc). We do sensory experiences (playing with different textures and things as we explore). We play outside (I LOVE it outside...so much so that we've just moved back to GA from MO to enjoy this weather) and we play inside. We eat wholesome, fresh food. We play silly games. We sing, we dance, and we have a blast. We are looking to have another kiddo or 2 join us in our daily adventures! My goal is to make sure every kid in my care feels dearly loved and to make sure we are meeting developmental milestones. I'm an open book. There is no question I will not answer so please ask away!
