[One Position currently available for part time care. Looking for 2-3 days a week, cannot do Fridays at this time]

Hello, my name is Kaitlin, I have been married 12 years and I am in my 30s. I do have one boy who is 5 years old and a 2 year old girl. I am a stay-at-home mom full-time and watch children needing care. I am looking for a kiddo(s) (Under 5 years of age) that can join in the fun at our house. I live in Highlands Ranch, close to Quebec and McArthur in a family friendly neighborhood. We live in a lovely house that your little one can have their own room to nap in. I have a fun playroom full of toys and activities, books and puzzles and a finished basement to play in. I keep our non-smoking, pet free home very clean and try to avoid using harsh chemicals. We have a small yard but still plenty of room to run and play with balls and covered sandbox. Safety is very important so I have child locks on cabinets, gates, and outlet plugs covered. We enjoy walking on our trails and parks nearby and have plenty activities on the cold days inside. I value the importance of routine so we stick to normal meal and nap times. Little ones in diapers are no problem and I can help toddlers with potty training and have little potties for use. I have infant essentials like swing, bouncer, highchair, and playmate and more. I can provide healthy meals options for their day. My CPR was just renewed this November. I would like full days and hours to fall in between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m, M-F only. But we can discuss times further. I am looking to start soon after interviewing to make sure we are a great fit! I am so excited to meet you and your little one. We can always meet and see my home should you have any concerns. I do have references from parents of children I've watched (and currently watching) and/or personal referrals. (ALSO: I do pick up my son from school in the afternoon so parents will need to be okay with their child running this quick errand in my car with an occasional morning drop off to school. Clean driving history and of course no texting, etc.)
