Research shows that social interaction is one of the most important aspects of living a long healthy life.

Daily, weekly, or monthly phone calls that will alleviate boredom and keep seniors' mind busy: whatever day and time that works best for you (up to one hour per day), and keep you or your loved one company. We will simply talk or I'll just listen yep! THAT'S IT! this is NOT a medical service

Conversation: I'm here to listen! Tell me about your favorite activities, or how your day was, how do you feel about technology? What is your greatest accomplishment? How did you choose your children's (or pets') names? We can talk about whatever you want. Studies show that the more seniors interact socially the better they score on cognitive functioning.

Beneficial for the main caregiver: We are in this together! With so much going on in today's world we sometimes tend to forget or don't have the time to talk about the small important things like when was the last time your loved one ate their favorite meal? what is their favorite meal? Or who do they admire? I speak with the main caregiver weekly or monthly (your choice) to keep you updated and we discuss the things that bothers, or makes your loved one happy, and if they express any issues that they have I let you know as well so you can provide them with the proper help.
