Stephen Newsome rescued dogs and installed these systems for FREE to anyone that rescued a dog from Molly's Friends Animal Rescue. Well, it didn't take long for the word to get out he was doing such a thing. Before long, others began calling and asking about hiring him to install a fence for them too. People that couldn't normally afford a dog fence from other companies now had someone that would give them the professional service they needed, at a price they could afford. After seeing the need for affordable dog fencing, Stephen formed K9 Fencing Systems in 2004 and has been helping people ever since.
