I used K9 in Oct. 2014 and it was the first time I had ever left my 2 cats. I
was nervous and checked out a few other services. Bob made me feel comfortable when he came to my house and made detailed notes from my instructions which he then emailed to me. While I was away I got emails every day with a report from the visits to my house. Will definitely use K9 next time I go away!

I had a great experience. Bob was professional, friendly and my doggies loved him He came over to meet them and get all the care information needed to keep them on their routine. I loved the daily email updates on the status and activities. It put my mind at ease. Coming home to 2 happy doggies, 2 goodie bags, a welcome home card and a picture of my doggies chillin while I was away was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use this service again and have given their name and number to friends and family.

These guys know customer service!!! Bob came over, met the pets, learned my routines (rather than telling me what they would/would not do) and made us very comfortable. He gave us daily reports and even prepared a welcome home card and special doggy bags when we came home. I will definitely use this service again and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for pet sitters or instead of a pet hotel.
