I am a small cleaning company (myself) but do an exceptional job in commercial as well as residential cleaning.
I feel that since you are a paying customer I will do what it takes to make you happy. Everyone is different and has areas that they are more particular about in their home; I am open to any suggestions you have about those areas and encourage those suggestions and feedback. I can supply cleaning/vacuum supplies, however, we understand some of you may have certain products (Example: Eco-friendly) you use and we have no problem using your products if you are willing to supply them (this can be for more sensitive surfaces such as marble and stone, antique furniture, leather furniture, etc.).
I am very professional and know what defines exemplary customer service.
