Just For Me Home Daycare

My objective is to provide your child with a clean, safe, comfortable environment where they can play and learn with guidance and loving care while you are at work or attending school. One of my strong points is teaching children manners (in every aspect of the word), respect for everyone. I guide them in making good decisions, how to work out conflicts with each other and establishing their socialization skills. I do not believe in sitting in front of a T.V or computer all day. I am trying to bring back imagination and that it is healthy and fun to be outside.
I would like to take a moment and tell everyone a little about myself and my daycare. I am from a large family. 5 wonderful sisters and 2 of the most wonderful parents anyone could ask for. I am married with two children, 23 and 18. I started this daycare for one reason. As many families can agree, it is extremely difficult to find the right care. I believe children need to feel at home when they are away from home. Children thrive off of structure, stability, consistency. With the world turning into what it is, I felt I needed to go back to the very basic of learning everyday life such as MANNERS, RESPECT for oneself and everyone around them, KINDNESS, COURTESY, INTEGRITY, SAFETY, SPORTSMANSHIP, CONFIDENCE, DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE (having self-control and patience). Most families are looking for daycare's that will teach their child(ren) educational things which we do through playing, but I believe we need to start with our Manners and the behavioral needs.
