In-Home Daycare

I am contemplating starting a home daycare inside my house. I live in Conway, close to down town with my husband and small dog. I have my associates degree in Child Development and have 5 plus years experience working in day care centers as an infant/toddler teacher, preschool teacher, and director. I was disappointed at the over turn of staff and lack of education of most daycare owners. I believe it takes a special personality to be able to work with multiple young children. I believe children learn through play and hands on experiences. I believe that in daycares the staff should be encouraging and assisting learning, and not watching the children play. My husband works a 9-5 job and would be gone during the day. I was thinking of charging $100 a week. I have two spare bedrooms that could be converted into play rooms/ nap room and a fenced in backyard. We live on a private road with no through traffic. If anyone would be interested in this, please let me know! I work a full time job currently and want to make sure there is interest before I go through the process of licensing!
