Julia's Daycare

I have an Associate's Degree in Elementary Education. I've been doing "in home" daycare for the past 7 years.

I use Fireflies Curriculum from FunShine Express. Activities covered by Developmental Domain each month including: Music, Art, Movement and Dance/Dramatic Play, Gross Motor, Fine Motor, Self-Care, Math, Science, Language Literacy, Social/Emotional and Social Studies. I can email daily schedule upon request. Monthly Newsletters go home every month as well.

We love going on monthly field trips (additional fee). We've gone to the Zoo, Arizona Science Center, Sun Splash, Makutus Island, Amazing Jakes, Movies and the Library.

I own a pool with a pool fence. Every summer for an (additional fee if desired) we sign the kids up for swim lessons at Skyline Pool for 8 weeks. It's worked out wonderfully!! Some of the school age children do swim team and dive now.

I believe rewarding positive behavior with verbal praise and tickets.
Tickets earned can buy items from the prize bag on Fun Fridays.

Hours 7:00-5:00

Rates $150 per week or $30 per day
Including:
Breakfast, Lunch and snacks
Monthly preschool curriculum kit fee
Monthly Scholastics magazines fee

Payment Policy:
I require payment on Monday mornings
Any vacations/PTO days you take off will be no charge if given 3 weeks advance notice. If less than 3 weeks notice my daily rate will still apply, including sick days. On the rare occasion that I am sick you will not be charged.
I will take two weeks vacation off per year and will give at least 3 months notice. No charge on these days.
I'm closed for Christmas, Thanksgiving and July 4th all unpaid.
