Juanita's Family Daycare

Juanita's Family Day Care offer many fun, educational, and growth opportunities for your child. We provide care for your little one in our facility five days a week.

We are located on five acres of former farm. The children will have lots of space to play and explore nature.

We promote and believe in the value of play; however, our daily activities also include letter/number/color/shape recognitions; math/science; arts & crafts; small/large muscle movement; music; drama; circle/story time; reading; social studies and plenty of outdoor time, in a large fenced-in backyard. These activities and gentle encouragement will stimulate and prepare the little one for kindergarten, and overall life endeavors.

Juanita's Family Day Care provides routines and environments that support social, emotional and brain development in our children. We encourage each child to be an individual; but, more importantly, to become effective communicators with peers and others. Our environment is consistent, reliable, and predictable. Self-esteem is fostered, also.

Presently, we are accepting applications for toddlers and pre-schoolers (2 1/2 years thru 4) SPACE IS LIMITED

Hours of operation are 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Meals include breakfast, 2 snacks, and lunch (USDA REQUIREMENTS)
Smoke/pet free facility
Reasonable and Affordable Rates!! Family Discount!! POC Accepted

I have numerous years of experience in caring for children in various settings (i.e., live-in nanny, baby-sitter, teacher's assistant (primary grade), Sunday school teacher, etc.)

Registered with the Maryland State Department of Education, Division of Early Childhood Development, Office of Childcare, I have received the required training and continue to update.
