She and her team are dishonest and extremely unprofessional. They demand for extra charges and leave the job without completing it and confirm to visit next day and do not show up at all after charging in advance. I strongly recommend my other friends to not trust them and hire honest and professional service providers instead.

I'll be sure never to use this company again; they makeup pricing as they go; you have to keep telling the clean person you didn't clean this you swept but it's a whole pile of dirt right there. These reviews don't lie ;

Did not dust my headboard or footboard as well as other places. Didn't move sofa or dust dining room chairs. Used windex to clean wood table leaving it not completely clean. Used oven cleaner to clean stove top removing some of the paint. Didn't give me a chance to inspect anything before they left. Announced from outside my door that they were done and leaving. Owner has not yet acknowledged responsibility for the damaged stovetop. Only apologized. The two cleaners seemed to be working hard, so I tipped very well. Very disappointed afterwards. If only, I had read reviews first. I didn't realize thatCare.com doesn't vet the businesses they allow.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY DO NOT MOVE THE FURNITURE TO CLEAN LEFT MY HOUSE STILL DIRTY AND I HAD TO CLEAN AFTER THEM BECAUSE THEY DIDNT CLEAN Properly and of course. They blocked my other account because of my review just horrible and FYI THEY BARLEY SPOKE ENGLISH

I should of read the reviews before I booked they sent two works who were late (10-15 mins not a big deal to me ) but the guy was just doing a rush job didn't move furniture to clean under they left around an 2 hours ago still cleaning dirt that was left behind smh wasn't worth it at all! Don't let the cheap price fool you the women who came took her time if it was just her I would of left a better review

By far the worst cleaning company, terrible customer service, did an awful job cleaning, left everything dirty under the bed and other furniture that could've been easily moved! I had to clean everything myself after they left! Staff don't speak English... reviews are everything next time I'll pay more attention!!!!

I'm not happy with this place it seem like a scam they are not professional. I guy who cant speak any English answer and I'm would like them to stop calling me are I will report this to the police this place is rated a 0

We never provided cleaning service for this person. I'm sorry but we don't know what you talking about. The lady & man who answer the phone to make appointments speak 100% English. We assumed you are wrong maybe you called another company.,

I confirmed with the company that my appointment would be at 12 PM, not only did they get there almost 3 hours later, they couldn't even shoot me a text to tell me they were coming late. The ladies were very quiet and quick, so quick that she arrived at 3 PM AND Left minutes before 4 PM. I WAITED 2 HOURS AND A HALF FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR JOB. My kitchen walls are super dirty, same as they were. Definitely not worth $120.00

I just double checked your conversation and our appointment was before 2pm. The workers texted you that cleaning were in their way by 1:37pm they arrived just 5 minutes late and they texted you again to excuse them because of the 5 minutes late and you said "Ok Thank You". I would like to summit the conversation. We try to do our best and quality is our responsibility. According with our conversation you said you need standard cleaning, no wall cleaning. And they spent almost two hours because they were three cleaning ladies. 1 hour and 40 minutes each of them (5hour+).

I used the cleaning service for a deep cleaning of my home. They worked hard and did an excellent job. Punctual, responsive to feedback with great attention to detail. I have now booked them to clean my home every 2 weeks. Give them a try! I do not regret it.
