If I could leave a "no star rating" I would!
I am not one to leave reviews but I felt that it was important this time around so others can see how unprofessional this company currently is!
I scheduled an appointment last week for today (9/10) for a deep clean, we are moving, house is empty, EASY job, right? I work from home (as many people do now) and through the beginning of the walkthrough when they showed up, I was on a call and politely asked my husband to try and keep his voice down. They told my husband they would "go get their supplies" and come back. THEY DID NOT COME BACK! They took off without notice, I tried calling them several times to figure out what happened (NO ANSWER) After leaving a voicemail and stating that I would leave a review regarding what just happened, this is the reply I got, and I quote...
"The people who were said that you are working and you did not let your husband show the house the house" (UNTRUE) "and also the dog that you have is dawn for the cleaning people(NOT SURE WHAT THAT MEANS) but well put what you want in the comments I have almost 15 years with me business I have no problem receiving more comments"
With everything that we all have gone through these past couple years, I would think that this company would understand the importance of professionalism as well as customer service! It truly is what is setting companies apart now a days.
Thankfully I was able to find another company that is VERY highly rated and WAY more reasonable and professional than this company will ever be.
If you're looking for a GREAT & PROFESSIONAL cleaning service, call MaidPro. I got a Deep Cleaning Quote for $210, SO MUCH better!
AVOID the headache, unprofessionalism, HORRIBLE service, and potential unannounced departure if they don't feel like doing their job.
