Joyful Noise Childcare Llc

Joyful Noise Childcare, a nationally accredited family childcare program, currently has openings for children age 2 and up. We provide a small nurturing environment for children age birth through age 9.

Children learn through a play based educational program, which revolves around learning self help skills, and children's literature based around the seasons. Joyful Noise offers nutritious meals and snacks as well as a fenced in outdoor classroom. Our goal is that every child is ready to succeed when they reach Kindergarten.

My multi-age group child care is structured like a large extended family, the older children help teach and care for the younger children, while learning to be a nurturing, loving individual. The older children are available to be role models for the younger children. An only child, or a youngest in the family, is given the opportunity to help care for and teach children younger then themselves. Younger children grow and learn while watching and copying older children. Younger children with the help of an older child can accomplish an activity she or he could not do independently. It is my belief that all children thrive and succeed in this type of environment, regardless of their developmental strengths or weaknesses. They learn teamwork and compassion for others.

Joyful Noise Childcare provides a semi-structured setting for early childhood development. Parts of the day are structured activities in a group, while other times provide for free play in groups or independently. The children's basic needs are met as part of our daily routine. Breakfast, lunch and snack are served at scheduled times during the day. Mid-morning includes circle time and educational activities.Outdoor play and art or cooking activities may change depending on when babies are sleeping. I strive to meet each child's individual needs.

My program offers a fenced in yard. We are located close to Salisbury University in the Pinehurst School District.
