After your free consultation we bring over one of our amazing nannies to introduce to your family. All of our nannies are employed by Joyful Assistants! We do the scheduling, payroll, taxes, workers comp insurance, background checks, driving records, drug testing and all those other tasks we never want our clients to worry about! Its simple! We charge one hourly price and our clients pay their balance every Monday after services were given. For example when you hire a daycare center, you don't have to worry about anything else besides your weekly payment! That's how we are, except we come to your home! We have nannies available 24/7 Seven days a week, no matter what your schedule is, we will be there! Every family will have the same nanny come to their home and never an employee they haven't met! We always introduce our clients to a second back up nanny. This way when your nanny is sick or has a vacation you already know who will be taking her place for the day!
